Reading this site, sending a message or having a free consultation does not create a consulting relationship. Consulting work happens only under a signed agreement, and that agreement’s terms govern the work, including fees, confidentiality and ownership of results.

Rates shown on this site may change. The rates in your signed agreement are the ones that apply.

Confidential information

Information sent through the contact form or shared in a free consultation is not treated as confidential. Please keep formulas, processes and other trade secrets to yourself until we have a signed agreement and NDA in place.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on many things outside my control, including your ingredients, equipment, process and market. I don’t guarantee any particular result, and I don’t guarantee any regulatory outcome.
